“My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. “Bathroom had roaches. We even showed the front desk a video of a live roach on its back on their bathroom floor with its legs moving. The clerk denied the hotel had roaches and kept repeating hotel policy when we asked to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund. There was also active police activity right outside their front entrance, on their lot, during our stay, which made things feel even more uncomfortable. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and helped us get a refund for the remaining...

“Nice place, not fancy. I'm unused having produce my own AND my wife's ID when checking into 1 room shared by only us, but they do require that. I think it is a good bang for buck place, but I found the check in a bit offputting.”

“The courtain was off the track, mud on the bathroom floor, theres a panel under the sink that would constantly fall and make a crashing noise. It crashed down in the middle of the night as we were sleeping. There was a hole in the shower. Yes, a hole in the shower floor. All around the door to the lobby, light seeped in, so the room never got dark at night. It was a very strange stay, especially for a new hotel. ”
