Everything was superb! The attention to detail in the rooms. Everything was perfect. I got pictures of why this is a wonderful place to stay.

Great location. Coffee shop and lobby are a 10/10. The apartment is super spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and some of the furniture has been updated. Only needs a little attention to details such as faucet handles, caulking here and there. TV remotes are confusing and the water tastes terrible. With that said we’ll stay here again and the pros out way any updates it could use. Staff was friendly.

Unit was very clean. Did not use kitchen as we were there only overnight. Bed comfortable. The property itself was great but there is a lot of street noise for sleeping.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom in the front of the building was noisy with passing cars that kept waking me up throughout the night. We turned the heat on and the smoke alarm briefly went off- the filter on the furnace desperately needs to be changed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for a night to visit the Washburn campus.

We had a pleasant stay, plenty of room with all the amenities. Attendent was helpful and very upbeat! Great customer service skills. Just be aware they have no elevator but other than that would highly recommend and will stay again!

This is a superb hotel. We had a three-bedroom, and it was great. Since we have family in Topeka, we will use this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and check in was quick and efficient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were the size of apartments And it is definitely worth the price that you get versus staying in a regular hotel room. If you have kids or a family I would definitely recommend staying here, as you get double the room size and room for the kids to run around.

This is an apartment. It is clean with 2 baths, small kitchen, washer and drier on a main road near the campus. Check in was easy and pizza nearby.
