Property was not up to par. The area was not nice, there were no good restaurants to chose from in walking distance, and the area didn't seem safe.

For only being .4kms away from the airport, it took the shuttle about 30 mins to get there. Front staff was just OK. Property is dayed. Rooms are small.

When it comes to the shuttle bus to the airport, it's better to think that you need to call the hotel. There is a list of hotels at Port B of the airport, and it is written to make a phone call, but it is not noticeable at all. As for me, when I called, they asked which terminal I was and which air line I took , and told me to wait at sign one three. Before long the bus with the hotel name came. This was my most concern about the hotel. Please share for your information.

The breakfast was very well prepared and tasty. Service was wonderful very friendly and accomadating when i had requests or questions. The room was a little disappointing; expected a lot more from it - given we paid extra to have a jet tub in room the tub barely being big enough for a regular sized adult; was pretty much same size as regular bathtub feels a little too dull to have a romantic evening. The area is a very inconvenient spot to be in Toronto if touring,on a budget, in the area.
