I had an amazing stay! The place was even better than expected—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Didn’t know this was another a hotel managed type property. Apartment was still dirty when arrived and took 2 interactions w the host to get a cleaner back to clean - and my family needed to let them know where to clean. Other than that - not a large property but does have 2 bedrooms. Location is near Eaton Centre. Overall ok not great.

Very central hotel. High floors which were great for a view of the city. The negatives were that it didn't seem clean, old pill packets and hair bobble on the bedside table, dirty kitchen worktop and hob and shampoo still in the bath! If it was cleaner it would have been perfect.

Room was clean and fresh, building is secure with safe entry. Only super minor issue was kitchen cabinet hardware needs to be tightened, doors are loose and dont line up. Great place would recommend to anyone.
