This a brand new boutique hotel so facilities are excellent. Suites are well appointed. The staff are all amazing and definitely aim to please. Nearby Yorkdale Shopping Center is super nice. All the highs end brands.

this is a brand new hotel and the staff were wonderful. There are some quirks that need attention but being the first people in a hotel room is pretty unique so quirks were to be expected. The building is not finished so there is construction and some amenities are not yet available. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Still dealing with growing pains as it’s a new property. Will need to change a few things soon so that they don’t become a problem, such as not having a rain shower head on the wall as there is no water pressure and you need to stand almost against the wall to get wet.

I typically don’t write reviews but this property deserves it. I only had the pleasure of staying 1 night. However, if you’re planning to stay at this property, run don’t walk. It is absolutely beautiful! It’s a new establishment and everything was well thought out; staff were extremely respectful and helpful, the entire property was very clean, the room itself all I can say is wow! They definitely paid attention to detail as well as the bedding was out of this world (very comfortable), all important amenities were made available inside the room. The only little issue we had was when we attended a concert, we decided to leave our room fob keys in the lock box, however, when we returned, we couldn’t gain access to the lock box. The on-call night staff was easily reached and helped us regained access to our room remotely which was very appreciated. I’m sure by now they have sorted out that slight glitch. The communication before and after my stay was excellent. Normally properties only want your reviews but this establishment made sure to check in to ensure we have a great stay. Book with this establishment you won’t be disappointed.
