It was great. The facilities were great. Such a satisfied visit the hotel. One thing that i felt sad was the view from the room was second small niagara waterfall. If you have plan to reserve this hotel, please check the view is along the big one. then it will be great and awesome

This is a dorm room, plain and simple. A marvelous price for a short summer stay in downtown Toronto if you're ok with simple, and with student neighbors. It was quiet during my visit. There is access to a large, all-gender bathroom down the hall with many sinks, toilet stalls, and shower stalls. Parking in a U of T garage is available 2 blocks away, costs about $30 overnight. One must sign up online, instructions are given at check in.

Room was bare concrete, it felt kind of a hospital room somehow but it was cozy and clean thou, just to spend the night or if you are a student a study place, very student oriented. Parking on the street is pay parking and you have to go about 3-4 blocks to park overnight until 6:00 am do parking was a bit complicated, Be aware, this is a different experience from a regular hotel.

Property as described, a University dorm! Basic, shower unit across the hall. Offers good value. Great if you are staying for one or two nights. Will remind those who went to University of days gone by.

Went for a medical appointment at TGH and it was within walking distance to the room. Staff were courteous and helpful. Since the rooms are not available until after 3pm, I was able to drop off my luggage in a secure area, free of charge. Great location.

My stay was okay, the check-in was simple and the staff were lovely. The room was decent, but the amenities and facilities were just okay-- just what you would expect from a student residence hall. Just one pillow on the bed and the towel provided was disappointing. Bed was nice a firm,though, and having AC in the room and hallways for the hot Toronto summer was great.

It is overall great, except the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. It could just be the bed in the room I stayed in though. Otherwise I was happy with the stay and the staff.

La propreté de notre chambre et la salle de bain était impeccable. Tout à fait le contraire de la salle de télévision où il y avait une dizaine de fourmis sur la table (moins agréable). Nous avons que visité cette pièce.

The washroom is too far from the room for a traveller. It is a student residence and I had a good rest overall.

The price was fair for the service we got. However, we booked for a weekend, then a group of youth arrived late that night. They were running and screaming all over the building around 1 AM. The shared bathroom was disgusting. No, I do not recommend this facility unless you have to. Just spend a bit more money and book somewhere else.

Affordable rooms, but the washroom situation is less than ideal. You get what you pay for though. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this is a good option. Just keep your expectations low.

The concept was good however, the parking was not. The underground parking was only until 8 am - that's too early to have to move your car and there was no option to extend that time.

Our floor in Wilson Hall was noisy and not so clean due to a large group of school children living there. We asked the office to change our room. We moved to Wetmore Hall which was nice and quiet and clean. Loved the University atmosphere.

Bon, c'est une résidence des étudiants, pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Et pour une résidence des étudiantes, elle est correcte : propre, raisonnablement confortable et très bien située (en plein centre-ville, près de bons restaurants et cafés, pas loin des musées et du parlement ontarien). Le déjeuner était excellent.

An affordable stay close to where I needed to be. Weird smells...slamming doors, kids running loudly up + down halls. But I expected no less from a rez. Was ok by a little after midnight for noise.

Superb Value!
Bring your own fitted sheet for the bottom of a 39 inch wide X 75 inch long mattress. The flat sheets underneath you don't stay where they're supposed to when you're sleeping. You can buy cheap polyester ones at Bed Bath and More at $20/set. Worth every penny. I love this place. It makes travel to Toronto possible for me to afford, and the breakfast is unbelievably lavish for what is essentially a summer hostel.
