"This hotel is fantastic, we travelled with our 2 pups and our teenage daughter. The staff member was very kind and helpful, we had to changed rooms as there was a couple of issues with the first one, nothing super bad, just an item that had been left in the fridge that had gone off, and the aircon in that room wasn't working very well. The man at the desk was very apologetic and gave us a bigger room too! We paid for half board, this time I wish we hadn't because the evening meal wasn't to our taste... usually they do a buffet, however as we were the only 3 they had dining that evening, they didn't and just gave us a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts, of which, we only only enjoyed the main which was 3 small, thin lamb chops and a handful of fries! The room itself was very spacious, the layout well thought out, and clean, as was the bathroom... they even put a bit of plastic round the toilet seat so you know it has been cleaned. The shower was over the bath, it was very strong and easy to use, however it didn't stay up so unless you are under 4ft, you had to gold it to wash your hair and body. Breakfast in the morning was nice, loads of choice with hot and cold options. Eerything was clean and easy to find. Staff again, very kind and helpful.
Parking, that is a bit of an issue, we have a big people carrier type car and only parking is across the road, and it's a little tight, but we found a spot and it wouldn't put us off booking again."
