"My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more...

"The restraunt for breakfast was infested with wasps, which were crawl over the food. I paid for a trip to a restraunt for authenic sardinian food, the cost 160EU for 4 adults. The trip was postponed twice the cancelled and they never reimbursed my money. I have provided evidence and texted them multiple times but nothing."
