Met by very friendly and helpful staff and a welcome cold fruit drink. We were given lots of information about local attractions and help with our ongoing travel plans. Accommodation was comfortable and spacious.

The Cabinas is close to the beach with shower at entrance so you can wash feet or body before getting to your room. The staff are kind, even if difficult to communicate at times as some don't speak English, but they do their best. The hammocks are a pleasure in the afternoon. There is a common area with tables that you can have your meals which is very useful. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, it was fee hot days when we were there and ceiling fan and separate fans were helpful. The shower water was running well and warm, if needed. Overall, happy to stay there as it feels closer to what local accomodations look like instead of a typical hotel room, so it made it a special memory

Could not be closer to the beach. Green macaws in the field in front upon arrival and in the trees during morning coffee. Greeted with best papaya batido of whole trip.

A bed for the night.

Not a fancy accommodation however it has beds and a toilet. Don’t expect anything else! No spa, no restaurant, no nothing!

Excellent accueil. Jose s'occupe de tout pour vous faire passer un excellent séjour. Tres bien situé proche de la plage et à proximité du centre de vie. Un petit coin hamacs très agréable. Un peu chaud la nuit malgré les ventilateurs ( ma chambre était à côté de la réception). Je recommande cette cabinas

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé,au calme,proche du centre et de l'océan. Chambre propre et colorée. Personnel très sympathique ( une personne parle français) , cocktail de bienvenue et petit cadeau. Café et thé à disposition.

Bon dans l'ensemble, amélioration possible

Prix, situation géographique excellent, salle de bain besoin de rafraîchissement. Ce n'est pas un bed and breakfast puisqu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, juste possibilité de faire café et thé a la réception

Best hotel ever!

WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL. The staff is wonderful. The room is cozy and the town is just fantastic. My partner and I ended running behind and missed the last boat. The hotel staff quickly found us a private boat and made sure to text us updates. The captain of the boat was happy to edit till the rain stopped so we didn't get soaked. Once we arrived the staff welcomed us with fresh fruit juice. Our whole stat they were attentive. They were happy to answer out questions and give us advice. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and a short walk to town. Finally on our last day the boat left at 2pm check out was at 11am. The staff simply told us to keep our room till departure. The hotel was simply amazing!!!

Das Tortuguero Natural hat zwar nur 2Sterne, ist aber dennoch zu empfehlen. Es ist super sauber und die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Bernd kennengelernt, einen Guide, der dort tätig ist. Wir haben mit ihm eine tolle Nachttour gemacht.

Prefect in every way for us

We had an excellent stay at Tortuguero Natural. As we arrived we all received a refreshing slush. Everything was super clean. The lady was helpful with every question. They have a fridge for public use. It’s about 150 to 200 meters from the beach. Breakfast was included in our booking. The restaurant where you get your free breakfast is close to where the boat landing is. What a great breakfast. Its a la carte so you can choose just about anything. When we checked out they even gave us a gift for our little grandchildren. If ever back in Tortuguero we would choose to stay there again.

Exactly as advertised. Simple, clean hotel, perfect location off a side street. Very helpful staff, breakfast a pleasant walk into town centre. Water coffee and tea always available. Lots of fans. It is rustic but clean. It was nice hearing the choir practice next door!

The hotel as a charm to it and the location is excellent. The owner is very nice but you must speak Spanish which is ok since you are in Costa Rica after all. She gave us umbrella for our stay which we really appreciated since it rain a lot over there, no dry season. The only complaint that I would have is the lack of air conditioning, the ceiling and stand fan move air around but when is muggy outside it doesn't do the job. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent and colourful stay.

Very colourful and rustic. Quiet, good location. Tea and coffee available all day. Welcome drink, very friendly staff. Enjoyable stay. Good value for money, excellent breakfast included off site from the hotel, at a restaurant on the Main Street.

Most of the properties in Tortuguero are pretty basic and this was no exception however it was very clean ( no insects in the rooms!) the fans were really good and the lady on reception very friendly
