"My stay at the ROW Hotel coincided with the Knicks win and the World Cup soccer being in town
Check in was a long process as they had a large group checking out the day I was arriving (40 min) but the staff was really helpful and handed out water and mocktails
The hotel is located two minutes walk to Times Square and public transportation
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful
Rooms are pretty basic, but very clean
Only thing I had a problem with is that it was very dark by the elevators at night
I would definitely consider booking it, the next time I go to New York."
