Comfortable and good breakfast buffet.

Someone had smoked in the room we were first assigned. We were quickly given a new room with no questions. The breakfast buffet was very well provisioned. That was a very nice benefit we had not anticipated.

Excellent new find for short to mid-term travel out / in from Toulouse Blagnac Airport. Great buffet breakfast from very early in the morning. Great comfy double bed. Super shower. Complimentary bottle of water. Except that I had a big bag and was quoted an estimate of 10€ for the short hop to the airport by taxi with the company they have a deal with , and instead I had to pay 25€ (never thought to ask again after booking upon arrival the day before). We learn.

Ensemble convenable et personnel agréable au Check in et out Une chambre et salle de bain correcte mais une literie très peu confortable avec du linge de lit synthétique et floquée très désagréable jusqu’aux oreillers dont les taies sont non seulement non adaptées au format des oreillers ce qui n’est pas hygiénique de plus mais dans de même tissu rugueux sur le visage Si tous les Ibis ont ce même linge de lit, terminé pour moi les Ibis

Un cauchemar...

A l'arrivée, petit déjeuner en supplément, alors que ce n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation ; lors de ma précédente venue le 26 janvier dans cet hôtel, le petit déjeuner était bien inclu. Le pire reste à venir : à l'arrivée ensuite dans ma chambre, une personne non autorisée semble-t-il s'y trouve installée ... Quid de la sécurité des clé badge de l'hôtel ! Après 15-20 minutes, une autre chambre m'a été proposée : il m'a été difficile de trouver le sommeil dans ces conditions.

Het hotel ligt op ca 10 minuten lopen van de luchthaven. In de nabijheid is een Mcdonalds, een sushirestaurant, een Leon en een Subway. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. ruime keuze.
