The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty.

Better communication needed
When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked.
