It’s okay for one night. Away from restaurants and river. . No coffee or tea makings in the room. Thin pillow and bedding. Air conditioning didn’t work. Could not lower shades. Good shower and hot water. Staff was pleasant.

Great find no negatives

We stopped here while travelling down to cote d'azur. It would also be a great base to explore Lyon region. Hotel just off A7 with good size comfortabke room and well equiped bathroom both spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly making you instantly feel at home. Small pool area and terrace unexpected bonus. Located in quiet residential area. Around a 10 minutes walk into town centre along banks of Rhone where there is a good selection of restaurants. Secure car park another bonus. Hotel had everything we wanted.

No space in the secured parking lot even if we had the code we had to block other cars. Keep me up all night afraid i was blocking other guests to leave and may be back into by other cars. No light in the parking lot after the initial 5 min after gate opening. A bit scary with kids for late arrival. Clean place friendly staff and management on the phone. Convenient remote payment online. The staff is not on property until 7:00am. Ovsrall o would recommend but it would be nice to have more lighting in the park area. A secured park space or more guidelines in case the place is full.

Petit hôtel tranquille proche de Tournon et tain l’hermitage. Piscine très agréable, personnel sympathique, chambre bien isolée et très calme. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Rien à dire!! Je recommande.

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel aux dimensions familiales, extrêmement propre, avec un personnel très sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner manque de variétés, c'est dommage.

Très bonne adresse au calme, avec un accueil souriant ! Le soin apporté à la verdure environnante est un vrai plus. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner qui ne nous a pas paru au niveau du reste des prestations : peu de variétés salées, peu de variétés de pain. Viennoiseries fraîches et provenant d'une bonne boulangerie !

Un hôtel sans eau chaude

Tout allait bien jusqu'à devoir prendre ma douche. Pas d'eau chaude à disposition. 3appels de ma part: un pour alerter sur la situation (on doit me rappeler), un pour demander d'où cela en est (le balon d'eau semble normal, pas de casse, le proprio va aux étages voir comment est-ce dans les autres chambres), un troisième pour demander si je peux changer de chambre (finalement le balon est cassé, on ne m'appelle pas pour me prévenir). Pas d'eau chaude, aucune solution ne m'est trouvé ou dédommagement. À 22h on me propose seulement une bouilloire pour pouvoir prendre ma douche: énorme blague.
