Good and cheap

The experience was good, the treatment was very upscale, it is a clean hotel. The problem is that some days are hot in the winter and the room has air conditioning, but I asked the reception and he told me that it does not work in the winter.

Terrible experience and crazy price

This hotel was way overpriced for the quality of the apartment and the services provided. No soap and toilet papers were provided when we checked in, we had to ask for them. They only provided 3 towels for an apartment with 4 adults!! We asked for additional towels multiple times during first day and night but only received them when room service came in the following day. Wifi was terrible and extremely slow and useless. We relied on our data plans. Toilet was so small for an apartment of 4 adults. Gentleman at the reception (Fateh) who works during the day was very nice and tried his best to help us, but the receptionist who worked at night had serious attitude issues. Overall this was one the worst hotel experiences for me ever, and i would not recommend this place to any one.

Paranızı boşa harcayacağınız bir otel. Asla resimlerdeki gibi değil deniz manzarası falan yok önünde kocaman bir inşaat var. Odalar küçük ve kirli bizden önceki müşterilerin pis çöpleri çorapları vardı. Banyo küf dolu havasız kötü kokuyor. Odaların içi berbat durumda ve sinek dolu. Sabunluklar kırık zaten içindede su vardı sabun değil. Kahvaltıları idare ederdi ama bazı yemekleri çok kötü kokuyordu. Asla memnun kalmadık paramızla rezil olduk

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab genügend Auswahl beim Frühstück. Leider hat es im Bad nach Abfluss gerochen und an der Decke sowie den Fugen gab es Schimmel. An einigen Stellen kam der Putz herunter. Der Essbereich war schön gestaltet und scheint auch sehr neu zu sein.

Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Balkon olması hoşuma gitti. Ancak balkonun sokağa bakması ve sokaktan kolayca görülmesi kişi mahremiyeti açısından biraz problem olabilir. Çay ve kahve ve de su olması hoşuma gitti. Başarılarınızın devamını dilerim.

The receptionist Amin was so nice, welcoming and helpful. Whenever we need anything, he takes care of it. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I recommend this hotel to every tourist coming to Trabzon
