The hotel is way out in the country, far away from the town accessed by a very rough road. The unit is over a kilometre to the beach and restaurant. No one and I mean no one speaks a word of English. Texts aren’t answered unless in Portugese . And it’s a time share. The house itself is lovely though, maybe fine for Brazilians, but not English only speakers.

A acomodacao loft é boa, porem precisa melhorar a disponibilidade de conforto para uma hospedagem de 3 pessoas, devido ao sofá cama ser pequeno e colchão muito fino. Estradas internas do empreendimento precisam de mais atenção quanto a buracos. E o clube onde se localizam as piscinas precisa de um upgrade quando ao mobiliário e limpeza. Café da manha muito bom.

O quarto estava em ótima condição, porém o café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções e ainda tem outro problema a distância do the coral para Fleixeiras que tem que ser feita por estradas rurais sem iluminação e muito buraco e curvas, estrada essa que o tempo é menor, mais se for pela estrada de asfalto leva em média +- 40minutos.

Nós realmente adoramos nossa estada nesse hotel. É uma proposta diferente, está inserido num grande loteamento que logo será uma pequena cidade vizinha à conhecida praia do Guajiru. O acesso direto de Trairi é muito bom e rápido. O apartamento (loft) é muito confortável, bem equipado. Apenas achei que o ar-condicionado do andar superior quase não dá conta, acho que porque o ar frio vai pro andar debaixo, pois é aberto. Chuveiro muito bom. Ficaria um pouco melhor se o banheiro debaixo também tivesse chuveiro, ou se tivesse um chuveirão lá fora no pequeno jardim.

Loft excelente

Fiquei muito satisfeito e surpreso positivamente. Num primeiro momento não gostei por não deixarem claro em nenhum local que os lofts ficam a 2,5km de distância da praia. Somente após a reserva efetuada foi que enviaram um email falando sobre isso. Porém, isso não foi problema. Tem um veículo do resort disponível, mas utilizei meu carro mesmo. No vídeo de descrição da localização ainda falam em estrada de terra, mas já está asfaltada. Fica a uns 10 minutos do centro do Trairi e (pela rodovia) a uns 35 minutos de flecheiras. Toda a equipe foi muito receptiva do começo ao fim. Eles criam uma comunicação pelo WhatsApp que é muito eficiente. Não demoram nem 1 minuto para responder e sempre muito solícitos. A piscina sempre limpa, música agradável, atendimento muito bom. A comida poderia ser melhor, mas nada a ponto de reclamar. Preços justos, inclusive (pratos entre 140 e 240 reais para 2 pessoas, mas comemos os 4). Um ponto de atenção: eles dão 2 cortesias de criança, mas só tem uma casa de casal (queen) e um sofá cama na sala. Eu levei um colchão de casa e melhorou o conforto. A cama extra custa R$ 120/dia. Ficamos de segunda a domingo (casal e duas filhas). Saímos todos bem satisfeitos e as meninas nem queriam ir embora. Recomendo.

Lugar tranquilo e com razoável custo/benefício

Nossa experiência, de um modo geral, foi de regular a boa .Acesso: após a reserva fomos contactados por WhatsApp e recebemos várias informações sobre a acomodação e sobre como chegar, inclusive com mapa e vídeo. Entretanto, a sinalização descrita no vídeo praticamente não existe mais. As placas estão apagadas e só conseguimos chegar ao local com o auxilio do gps e também pelo fato de não ser difícil chegar. Dentro do local também não existem placas indicativas, o hóspede tem que se localizar usando sua intuição. Atendimento: Fomos sempre muito bem atendidos por todos, com disponibilidade de comunicação via WhatsApp. Mesmo quando nos abordaram para oferecer imóveis ou lotes no empreendimento foram cordiais. Restaurante: Comida razoável e com preços elevados como se esperaria desse tipo de lugar. Não é permitido levar alimentos para a piscina, também como esperado. O café da manhã é bem servido e bem variado. Apartamento: É confortável e bem equipado, entretanto o sofá-cama disponibilizado é bem pequeno e não comporta o tamanho de uma pessoa mais alta, como foi meu caso. Embora o anúncio mencione que comporta 5 pessoas, não entendo como isso é possível sem que as pessoas fiquem desconfortáveis. Além disso, nosso apartamento tinha um problema de má-vedação da porta da varanda, o que causa muito barulho de vento à noite. No mais, o lugar é tranquilo e não tivemos outros problemas, até porque não estava lotado. Trata-se de um empreendimento aparentemente em construção.

Conforto e qualidade

Gostamos muito, porém não é tão confortável com crianças, pois na suíte não tem espaço nem pra um colchão e assim dormirem todos juntos. Mas a casa é excelente te mesmo assim. Não gostamos tanto do café da manhã, apesar dele ser bem recheado e diversificado. O iogurte não era gostoso, colocavam um creme de avelã de outra marca (ruim) dentro de um pote da marca nutela. Acho que pelo preço deveriam investir em produtos de qualidade. Mesmo assim é um paraíso!

Estávamos com uma crianca de 2 anos e lixo de frauda suja e mais de descarte de cozinha deixou o loft fedido. Nao tem nenhum lugar onde podemos descartar o lixo e nem sacolinhas sobreçalentes. Um horror!!!

Hitel muito bom, area aquatica muito legal. O unico inconveniente é que é linge de tudo, obrigatoriamente necessita de carro oara deslocamento

Café da manhã excelente, estrutura de lazer muito bom , sobre o hotel onde ficamos bem afastado da praia já sabíamos , restaurante preço altíssimo,sobre limpeza péssimo em uma semana só limparam o nosso quarto 1 vez mesmo eu deixando a placa na porta pedindo a limpeza não fizeram até o lixo tive que tirar e deixar fora do apartamento para poderem recolher. infelizmente isso e outras coisas não indico .

Excelente experiência com a família.

Mais uma ótima experiência no The Coral, lugar incrível, muito boa estrutura e atendimento. Destaque para o Gil, concierge do hotel, que nos atendeu super bem e nos deu todo suporte durante a estadia. Como ponto de melhoria, sugiro melhorar a parte Kids, quem sabe ampliar e/ou equipar melhor. Pretendemos voltar, ASAP.
