"Staff very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and was well stocked throughout the breakfast period (i.e. all choices available even towards the end). Coffee and tea options were varried. The room was clean and well kept, housekeeping came every two days to empty bins. Our family of 4 were well accomodated in the room."

The location is absolutely beautiful—right on the lakefront and along the promenade, with easy access to shops, cafés, and restaurants. It truly doesn’t get better than this setting. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities made our stay especially enjoyable. The pools and saunas were fantastic, and having access to a private beach was a real highlight. The food was amazing at the hotel restaurant! What stood out most was the exceptional service. A special thank you to the staff and manager, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging an early check-in. Their kindness and professionalism made a great stay even better. I will gladly return with my family and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balatonfüred."
