"Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. "

"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "The hotel is old and rusty, it has 5 stars but in reality it looks like a 3 stars, the rooms and spa need some updates and renovations, the price is very high compared with what it offers. "
