Love local mom and pop owners and this small boutique hotel is not only owned by a new owners but one can make out that they care about their guests and staff. The patio dining was delightful and delicious. A short walk from the lighthouse and sunset beach made it an ideal location!

First time visit to Frankfort, on the way to Harbor Springs to meet family group. Hotel was great, people extremely nice and helpful, dinner at the restaurant was great too! We never moved our car for two days-walked everywhere-beach, marinas, restaurants, etc. We loved it!
