This was my first "virtual" check-in with key codes vs physical keys/cards. The process was easy so long as my camera wanted to play along! The room was nice and clean. The staff I met at breakfast was very pleasant. The hotel was very convenient for my needs for this stay.

Stayed at The Vic for a wedding with my husband and we had such a great experience!!! Very easy to check in to the hotel. Entire hotel appeared very clean and maintained! Washer and dryers on each floor for guests. Wished we would’ve stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful patio! 5 minutes from downtown via car or uber. Also can walk to a nearby park on the water as well. Would highly recommend for the quality, price point, kind staff, and accessibility to downtown.

The hotel had been beautifully renovated with a modern touch, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The lobby featured several thoughtful touches that made it easy and enjoyable for families to spend time together. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, and their warm hospitality made our stay even more pleasant.

Travel out of town 5-10 weekends a year for sports and more than that with family vacations. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Will definitely stay again next year when we go.

Place was pretty clean, room was spacious and nice. Really good location. But if you stay on the first floor, it’s really noisy from the people upstairs, you can hear every step, plus some people can be really loud… smells like weed in the hallway.

We had a 1st floor room just off the main gathering area for breakfast and beyond. Our room was loud until 1:00 am and again early for breakfast. It was intolerable.... If you stay at the Vic, do not let them put you in rooms 101-106 Otherwise it was an okay stay. Very no frills but very clean.

If you are patient as well as computer literate, you will do ok. Thankfully, I was both the day of check in. We did not receive our check in email. Sent email to contact info and they got me the link I needed to start the process. There are several steps to getting your room info - room number, key code, etc. During our 2 night stay, 2 parties had problems checking in. I helped one party through every step (we happened to be in the lobby when she was having trouble and I offered to help). If I had not helped her, they would not have checked in. They do not have anyone at the front desk to assist you. Breakfast is ok. Hotel was clean as was our room. We will not stay at a hotel with a virtual check in again.
