Good for the price

The hotel had lots of wear and tear but was comfortable, clean and affordable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was lacking but it was overall i decent stay. I would stay there again.

breakfast was good. The room had an awkward smell, towels had holes in them. outlets are old and need updating to except USB charging ports, bedside lamps had outlets in them that were loose and made an arcing sound when I plugged in my C-Pap machine.

TV did not work, remotes did nothing, holes in carpet and stains everywhere, dirty restroom, no printer, wifi was horrid, the only saving grace here is their customer service and the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly.

My overall stay was pretty good. The only thing I had an issue with was the tub wasn’t clean, open sockets and a huge hole on closet door. Other than that my kids and I had a great time

Ok for a few hours stop on a long trip

Upon walking in the front lobby had an overwhelming smell like someone used way too much air freshener. The check-in was quick and staff was nice enough. The elevator was dirty. The room was clean but run-down. Wallpaper coming off wall. The bathroom lighting is very dim! I was looking for a second switch but there was none. We opted not to eat the Breakfast m. There was not one healthy option. If you want donuts, waffles sugary cereals and pastries you’re set. No fruit, yogurt or oatmeal. Not even a whole wheat bread or bagel.

Nice and convenient

The front desk receptionist were AMAZING! Very pleasant and efficient. It smells so GREAT! All throughout the halls especially when you first enter. That was the first thing I mentioned. The only 4 star for me were the beds lol. They’re extremely firm and I moreso like soft. However it was clean, the sheets and covers were cozy and smelt great. We stayed for one night only so, we didn’t see the pool or enjoy it, but we would definitely be back.

We were on a couples trip. This hotel had a 7.5 out of 10 rating on hotels.com. We checked in after golfing during the day on Friday. I had requested a handicap room with hand bars in the bathroom. They had one room on the 1st floor which was good. However when we got to the room it looked like they must have been using that room for long term guest. The carpet had large stains. The mattress cover was ripped up and hanging out the bottom of the bed. The curtsins were off the pully and couldnt be shut. Remember we are on the 1st floor. The microwave and the refrigerator were dirty. There was a place for a hairdryer however there wasnt one in the room. When i reported the problem to the front desk the staff went out of their way to try to fix what they could right away. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The place was run down. The breakfast was nothing more then waffles, cold cereal and a few pastries. There was no juice or fruit. They only had green tea we are black tea drinks. They also didnt have an attendent to keep the breakfast area cleaned up. I would not stay here again
