Not Yet Ready for Renter's

The Good: Quiet Location, Helper did show up to clean pool. The Bad: The home is Dirty, no working ceiling fans in the bedrooms, torn window screens that allow a lot of flies in, Dirty bathrooms, Dirty Kitchen, says there is a grill, "there isn't." We were charged a $1,745 peso nonrefundable cleaning fee, yet the home was just so dirty when we got there. This home is not ready to be rented on Hotels.com I wish there was more positive things to write. The owner seemed like a nice person, but at this time I would recommend that he invest in ceiling fans, window screens, cleaning and furnishings and a proper outdoor grill. I wish the best of luck to the owner, and hope for better success in the future.
