Hotel com estrutura antiga com acomodações simples, limpas, estacionamento difícil de utilizar quando está cheio, sem manobrista ou alguém que auxiliasse na disposição dos carros; deixamos o carro na rua para termos maior segurança e liberdade para sair sem precisar pedir para q os motoristas manobrassem os outros carros. Café da manhã muito bom ao som do Alphorn q é tocado de tempos em tempos durante o período do café. O museu anexo é bem interessante com peças lindas.

Tudo maravilhoso. Café da manhã muito bom. O melhor que comemos na nossa viagem pelo interior do Estado de SC. A única sugestão ao hotel seria trocar o chuveiro, pois espalha muito a água e dificulta tomar banho no frio da cidade. Rsrsrs

Apartamento 4 andar sem acesso elevador e tem que subir lança de escada com as malas além de das mesmas estarem foram de tamanho exigidos pelas normas de segurança bem mais estreitas e permitindo passagem de uma pessoa só por vez.

Hotel necessita de reforma urgente. Nosso quarto tinha pedaços de piso faltando e em alguns lugares estavam lascados. Maçaneta do banheiro estava quebrada. E para piorar a situação fomos acordados as 7:30 da manhã com uma betoneira. Se estão reformando se espera no mínimo respeito com os hóspedes que estão dormindo. Ligamos para a recepção e simplesmente ninguém atendeu. Em contra partida o café da manhã estava muito bom com muitas variedades
