"I honestly wish I had read more reviews before staying at this hotel because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had traveling. From the moment we walked in, the entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. The lobby had a strange odor that only got worse as we got closer to our room. The hallways smelled musty, like old mildew mixed with garbage, and it immediately made the place feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. When we opened the room door, the smell hit us instantly. The room smelled like dirty carpets, stale smoke, and something sour. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. The floors felt sticky, there was dust everywhere, and we even noticed stains on the bedding and furniture. The bathroom was disgusting — hair in the shower, grime around the sink, and what looked like mold near the corners of the tub. Towels looked worn out and didn’t even smell fresh. We were shocked that management thought this room was acceptable for guests. The restaurant experience made everything even worse. We decided to eat there because we were tired from traveling and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Big mistake. The food looked questionable when it came out, but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Within hours of eating, both of us became extremely sick with stomach pain, nausea, and other symptoms consistent with food poisoning. It completely ruined our trip. We spent the rest of the night miserable and unable to enjoy anything."

"Clean room. Friendly staff who answered my 7 year olds questions, great pool, great area, lots of food and stores close by, great breakfast! Only neg the usb connections did not work."

"Good amount of parking. Breakfast hours ended early so that could be improved on. Room was clean but a little outdated. The beds were not as comfortable as expected for it being a comfort inn. They need new mattresses. If in a bind for a place to stay, it’s not terrible… but we won’t be staying again."

"After enjoying a late night dip in the hot tub and pool, I turned on the water in the shower to rinse off and the spout shot across the tub and slammed into the wall. Had I been standing in the shower, I can only imagine what kind of injury I would have. The staff did move us to another room, but there was no adjustment to our rate and no other accommodation made. Very disappointing. I will not stay here ever again."

"The breakfast was a good buffet with a decent variety, everything was fresh and hot that needed to be hot. The only problem is the parking. We had to park off the lot as there were no spaces available. To be fair, we did arrive quite late, around midnight I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Richland."
