Both restaurants served delicious food. The service staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely make another trip. Both pools were wonderful, and the family play room was perfect for children of all ages. Lots of activities for the entire family. Also enjoyed the night performances by the fireplace.

wonderful and helpful staff

impeccable service by warm and friendly staff who were attentive without being obtrusive. beautiful, tranquil grounds lower your blood pressure immediately upon entering and the gorgeous scenery only adds to the overall ambience. the bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and comfortable. it might be useful to have a safety gate on the stairs in case of children or folks who use the restroom in the middle of the night, though. facilities were serene and lovely. the outdoor soaking area...

Such a beautiful hotel, right next to a bus stop and a 24-hour Family Mart and 7/11. I stayed for 2 nights to go to Hehuanshan and I loved my stay. The room was huge, the bed really comfortable, and there was a garden tub overlooking the mountain in the bathroom, perfect for a warm bath after a day of hiking. The breakfast (included) was delicious, they offered free afternoon tea and muffins, and the dining room is truly beautiful, looking out into the garden. The staff were very kind and there...

Wonderful mountain view with nicely themed room and friendly staff

Fantastic hotel. I was blown away by the view. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed came with a built in heater in case it got too cold. Bed was also very comfy. Free breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Only downside is getting to the hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Overall would recommend.

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable as described. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

The nightly 'concert' is a free curated music medley played over one of the best hi-fi audio systems ever made (the vintage Focus Utopia with beryllium speakers), and smaller systems with a free classical CD library are available in the larger rooms. This is not just a...

The host was very hospitable. The room was comfortable and spacious. Convenient location for hiking in the mountain.

This B&B was a great find! The rooms were clean and spacious, though it's slightly older. We appreciated the heated blankets. Enjoy the sunrise from your balcony if it faces east – it saved us a drive up the mountain. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the nuts and chili sauce (which they sell too)! Definitely keep in mind that the front desk closes at 9 pm. Be cautious if arriving at night; the driveway is dark and hard to spot. The parking/reception is at the...
