"Overall our stay was fantastic. The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of choices. Our hotel was walking distance to the show we booked as well as many local shops and restaurants. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"Room was clean, staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast. It was good though, hot and fresh. There were plenty of shops nearby to stop at. "

"It was a good value for the money spent. We were surprised to find out it was a motel when we arrived - nothing in the listing indicated that, we were expecting a hotel. But the room was reasonably clean (some spots on linens, sticky remote) and the free breakfast was very nice (waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted pastries and cereals). "

"We had a few issues but I spoke with the manager the next morning and she was amazing. She was very polite and made the experience so awesome! She was very empathetic! It is so hard to find someone in a customer service position that actually cares about their customers and their company!"

"Well check in was simple. We went up to the room and there was a stain on our comforter. My husband called down and the front desk had us bring the stained one down and gave a new one. Then my 9 month old baby girl, my 11 year old son, and I were swimming Friday morning and there was a worker that came out of the bathroom in the pool area and started putting pool chemicals in at the deep end while we were in the pool. He never once said a word to us, just came from a room and had two full measuring cups full of chlorine. Now I don’t know your rules but I would have thought something like that would be done during the hours that the pool was closed, not while anyone was swimming, let alone a baby!! This was extremely annoying and insensitive. This was not okay! "
