Hotel walking distance from the main train station. Check-in was quick and easy. Got a map to the relevant sights and shopping/eating places nearby. Hotel is steps away from Porta Nigra and the Altstadt. My room was clean and decent size, bed comfortable with a dining room and a big bathroom. Only issue is the safe was non functional and WiFi is only available in the lobby. During my stay, the elevator is under maintenance and I had to use stairs. I was ok with it however those with less ableness could be a challenge. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and matched my requirements.

Good location for tourism

It's convenient for tourism. 5 min-walk to Porta Nigra An electric kettle is equipped Check-in time is restricted before 6PM.

Die Lage ohne Auto genial. Nur spät abends heimzukommen, war unheimlich. Wenn Personal da war, war es sehr nett. Die Zimmer sauber und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nicht schön waren leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung und dass nach dem Duschen das Bad schwimmt.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Porta Nigra und ist damit bestens gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Zimmer sogar schon zur Mittagszeit beziehen. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht mehr ganz modern eingerichtet und es gab kein WiFi (bei einer Dienstreise wäre das vielleicht ein Problem gewesen), aber es war sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Obwohl das Hotel recht klein ist, gab es morgens eine große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, das hat uns positiv überrascht.

Etwas beschwerlich war, dass der Fahrstuhl defekt war und man das Gepäck über die Treppe transportieren mußte. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nettes Hotel

Ein netter Empfang bei dem auch ein Kaffee bereit stand. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und auch der Schalfkomfort war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück wurde am Platz reserviert und bot aber noch mehr Auswahl am Buffet. Frische Brötchen und auch Croissants machten den Start in den Tag sehr angenehm.

Sehr günstige Lage. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. - Den Parkplatz musste ich zusätzlich bezahlen (10,00 €) bei einer Übernachtung. Das liegt wohl auch an steuerlichen Bestimmungen. Im einem Parkhaus wäre es wohl teurer geworden.

Het hotel ligt heel centraal, centrum en CS, alles binnen 10 min. te bereiken. Ontbijt prima. Personeel niet heel vriendelijk. Er is een lift in het hotel maar die mochten we niet gebruiken.

Kommunikation im Vorfeld einfach und unkompliziert. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Porta Nigra ist direkt um die Ecke und damit auch die Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem ruhige Zimmer. Ein sehr gutes, vielseitiges und frisches Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
