"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with a spectacular breakfast! We had a small issue with our room view, as a bridge completely obstructed it, but the staff did their best to help. Although the hotel was fully booked, they offered us an alternative room and, ultimately, a lovely spa treat as a gesture of goodwill. We truly appreciated their kindness and effort. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re choosing this hotel specifically to see or photograph the Northern Lights, it may not be the best option. The exterior architecture has many columns that obstruct a clear view through the windows, making photography difficult. Other than that, the hotel is simply amazing and highly recommended!"

"Everything is almost perfect except for the garage which is not easily to be located and the entrance to the garage is extremely narrow. Not suitable for guest who drive a MPV or SUV. Only medium or small sedan car would be ideal to manoeuvre the tight space inside the carpark especially when exiting. Definitely need another person to guide the driver out of the garage."

"We watched the Northern Lights from our cabin, and it was amazing! The river view was beautiful as well. The only downside was the curtains, which were not suitable for the cabin. I would strongly recommend reconsidering their design and replacing them with something more appropriate."
