“First off, they put us in a room in which the toilet did not flush properly. Rather than provide a plunger, they sent the maintenance guy who told us we had to move to a different room and that the room should have never been rented to us in the first place. No offer of help to move our luggage, etc. was made by anyone at the motel. The second room was not clean -- dust on the lower section of the night stand as well as debris BEHIND the night stand which meant the room had not been very well...

“Apparently it was newly updated which was nice. I also had to switch rooms for a personal reason and the front desk was very understanding, they even gave us a better room. They breakfast was nice and they even had a different flavor pancake batter (strawberry I think.) The shuttle to and from Kings Island is a nice perk, although we didn’t get use of it this time. Only slightly weird thing was the mirror on the bathroom door lol if you see it in person you’ll know what I mean. The rooms because...
