“Quick check-in, great parking availability, rooms always clean. ”

“It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

“Stayed here for the restaurant and bar. We like to not have to get into our car again after traveling to suns and have a cocktail. The bar has no red wine and no bourbon. The one beer my husband had was bad and it cost $10. Just a disappointment! ”

“I was impressed with this property. It was reasonably priced so I didn’t have high expectations, but the property well exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Perfect to stay with a pet, although there was no evidence of prior pets. The HVAC system took a little trial and error, but I was able to get the temperature comfortable.”

“The Best Western Plus in Jonesboro is a decent stay, especially for the money. The property is old, and that is evident by just looking around inside and outside. The room seems pretty clean but smelled of mildew and had several repairs in the drywall in the bath area that were not done professionally. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very economical, so I wasn't expecting much. In the future, I would likely spend the extra 40$/night to have a facility...

“The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. ”
