โThis is a nice motel that is being updated. The staff is extremely friendly. This motel is located within walking distance of multiple restaurants and tubing places. โ
โWe love staying here in the quiet side of the smokies. They have two very nice swimming pools. A few good local restaurants near by. Elviraโs is amazing choice also Burger Master.โ
โFirst night there was a little loud from guests upstairs but other than that our stay wad great. Got to see the unexpected bear in the dumpster. Hopefully next time we can stay longer than 2 daysโ
โFront desk and breakfast staff very nice and professional. Plenty of breakfast options. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable. The extra sink in the bathroom was great!! Looking forward to stay again next trip. โ
โThis was our 5th time at DBL. we love it so much. The only negative is the mattress is losing its firmness. It has a hammock shape when you lay down. โ
โWhat a hidden gem near Townsend!! This is a very unique place to stay (I was just looking for a hotel room) The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a neat walk in shower. Just like a bedroom with a gorgeous view of a mountain. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure stay again and a bit longer than just one night. Check in was SO easy. I didn't get the email because it was a last minute decision to stay, so I called and almost immediately got a text with information. Excellent find!!โ
โWe enjoyed this property! It was perfect for our 40th anniversary. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything went perfectly from purchase to checkout. It was clean! We loved the location, too, close to EVERYTHING in Gatlinburg, TN. Thank you, Timber At Holly Branch!โ

โStayed 2 nights: Amazing location!! Walking distance to the LIFT, good size room, very clean, good foods, front desk personnel are friendly/helpful, beautiful/relaxing backyard with fire pit, spring mattress thatโs why i put 4 stars for comfort, the rest aspects are 5 stars. We saw a wild bear in the parking lot and that made my day! You just have to be observant of the surroundings after all itโs called a Bear Country. Oh! Parking fee is $15 a night.โ
