We booked this hotel because we wanted to take the kids to the pool/lazy river and enjoy it for the day. Pool was wonderful. Room was ok. Could've been cleaner and the bedding was old enough to notice they need to be updated. We also had trouble with the tv, it's preset at a low volume and since I'm hard at hearing low voices/volumes I couldn't enjoy watching tv.

Amazing staff, very accommodating! Very clean rooms, well maintained property and pool area. They went above and beyond to give our disabled child a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The major problem was stepping into the shower and the body wash bottle, shampoo bottle and conditioner were all empty. All that was available in the room was a small bar of soap at the sink. We really expected more from a Hilton Garden.

I loved the location of my room, that is until I got into the bed. There was a hump in the middle, it was super uncomfortable because I slept in the middle. At that point a mattress should be replaced with out me mentioning. Like did they close their eyes when doing the bedding? I’ve always gotten wonderful sleep up until now.
