The check in is outside, had to stand in the cold to check in. The room was fairly clean but the microwave area had food on the counter upon arrival. Was a little weird that staff was waiting outside our door when we left even though we weren’t near the checkout time.

I’ve stayed here twice for the Duct Tape Drag event in Tucson. I was alone so I wasn’t expecting anything special, just a place to sleep and shower. The room was clean, the ac worked, and the bed was stiff. The location is odd because it’s off the freeway access road. If you like swimming, you cant! It’s cemented in. Overall I was looking to save money, not hang out here.

That’s the way you do it.

It’s nice to have a hotel that doesn’t charge senseless fees. What the price says, is what you pay. No tricks. I appreciate that when I sent a message saying I was working late and I wouldn’t make it by the check in deadline, I was greeted with a “welcome home” attitude. Check in was fast and easy. I was offered the WiFi code without having to ask for it. Thank you for a great night sleep. I would have loved more pillows for the king size bed.

Okay for the price

It was okay for the price. But I would recommend spending a little more for something better. Room wasn’t bad but you do get noise from the highway. And my neighbor was loud but that’s no fault of the hotel.

Disgusting room, they dont clean.

There is one thing that shouldnt be comprised when looking for a cheap hotel and that is cleanliness. Absolutely digusting.

Very basic but good overall.

It's ok. Nothing special but if you want a fairly quiet place to stay that's near to the i10 this is it. They're doing a lot of renovations so there are lots of construction guys around. No homeless or drug dealers and no stupid security guards hanging around waiting to evict you if you have a guest without ID.

First of all, that pretty pool they advertise is filled with dirt up to the water level. The face/hand sink was leaking onto the carpet and the shower only worked for 15 sec then the pressure dropped and was not enough so you had to wound up taking a bath. The toilet tissue holder was detached from the wall, they had no iron or ironing board and the daily rate was too much for this room. The rate should have been in the $20 range. The only good things about this place were the TV channels and location.

When we arrived the lobby was locked and desk agent wouldn't let us in the lobby (it was not late). Had to checkin through a small side window that only allowed space to slide my ID and CC through. Immediately made it feel like this might not be a safe area. The man who checked us in made a paper copy of my ID and scanned my CC. He was not friendly or welcoming in any way. The room had an odd smell. Bed linens and towels were dirty. Yellow spots on the sheets, what looked like makeup or dirt on the pillow, and brownish bits of dirt on the washcloth. Toilet was filthy and obviously not scrubbed or cleaned. I would not recommend this motel.

Guy at front desk was super nice and helpful. That's my only positive comment. The "non-smoking" room smelled like a stale ashtray from 1975. Cigarette burns on the tub. Holes in most of the walls. Graffiti on the walls. Dead bed bugs on the sheets. Only 1 mostly depleted roll of TP. Microwave had some unknown substance inside that looked like Breaking Bad gone wrong. Trash all over the property. Only stayed there due to Gem & Mineral Show causing so many sold-out hotels. The rates were jacked up like it's a respectable establishment. It is not.
