My room was clean, the bed was comfortable the TV worked, the A/C worked and there was more hot water and good water pressure than I have ever experienced at a hotel before. Eventhough, the motel was towards the outskirts, of Tucson. It was perfect for us. Close to freeway, Saguaro Nat Park and Old Tucson. The room was clean and the property was very quiet. They also provided coffee 24hrs.
