"Staying at Tanah Gajah in Ubud was an absolute highlight of our time in Bali. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by the level of care and hospitality. The staff here are truly extraordinary. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed, greeting us by name every day and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether we needed recommendations, help with logistics, or just a quick chat about our plans, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and super helpful. The resort’s amenities were top-tier across the board. The serene pool, lush paddy field surroundings, and quiet, spacious grounds provided the ultimate peaceful retreat after exploring the island. Every detail of the estate feels thoughtful, luxurious, and deeply connected to Balinese culture while delivering modern comfort. "My wife and I spent five days of our honeymoon there, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel has excellent facilities, and everything is beautiful and immaculate. However, what truly stands out is the staff. The service is absolutely wonderful. We can only be grateful for every smile and for the kindness of every single person who works there. We would also like to thank all of these wonderful people. We will definitely be back!"

"Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."

"You guys this place is a must the amount of details that they go through and the staff and how polite they are is beyond. It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love"

"Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again."
