We adjusted the heat multiple times but it would never get warmer. It stayed cold all night both nights. The second night we had to wait through multiple lights to get to our hotel because of something at the BOK Center and people parking in the library parking. It would have been nice if staff told us when we checked in.

The whole staff was amazing. Friendly, personable, empathetic, and supportive! The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the view was fantastic! They have earned my business in Tulsa for life!

I had to contact expedia bc the desk staff was so rude. Filed a complaint and got information of gm. Will email them on mon. If they have police on what kind of bank card you need for incidentals, then they should disclose that before they accept my money for the damn room

Stayed here recently with my hubby for a concert at the BOK. Easy walk to the venue. Hotel had a concert outdoor on the patio by the bar after the main concert.

This is a nice hotel in a great location; however, getting to it and its parking lot is nothing less than a NIGHTMARE. We drove around the hotel 3 times and even called the front desk trying to figure out how/where to get to it. The sign to pull in is non existent from the street. Where you turn feels like a parking lot to another business before you get to a locked gate that the hotel has to buzz you through to get into their actual parking lot. They also charged me $27 to park even though I was a guest (a concert was being held at the BOK Center and non-guest are allowed to pay for parking as well).

One lady at the front desk was a little cranky but other than that it's a perfect place to stay. located great, clean and enjoyed the band at the bar. Room was clean and beds are good also.

I liked the convenience of location. What I didn’t like, at check in, we arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon. I didn’t pay attention to the time, check in is at 3:00. They said we could check in at 2:00, but they would charge an extra 25 dollars. I know the check out time is noon, but we are out of a hotel normally by 9:00 am. It would be great if you all were a bit more flexible. We have arrived early at other hotels, and they were gracious enough to let us check in a little early, as long as house keeping was finished. It would be helpful to travelers, to be more flexible.

The parking was a little hard to figure out in the dark and we had a hard time gaining access to the property from lower level door.. after hours the door wouldnt open... my husband and i are both handicap. Luckly anotger guest was there and opened the door from inside for us. The bed was nice and comfortable.. water pressure was amazing

We stayed here for a weekend for a volleyball tournament at the Cox Center. Getting into the parking lot was slightly confusing. The parking is gated ($15/day) and plenty of lighting. We reserved the 2 queen beds suite that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa (no sleeper sofa). The suite was clean, but is set up with SO much wasted space. If you need to bring an air mattress, there's PLENTY of room for a large one. The A/C wouldn't work the first night so we didn't sleep well. It got up to 80 degrees. We asked for maintenance the next morning and they fixed it. No microwave in room, even though there's enough room for a full kitchen. Staff was helpful and friendly. Cox Center was less than 5min walk.

There was a long line to check in. The registration area is very cramped. The hotel is outdated. Very limited microwave breakfast not included in the stay. The price was much more than other hotels in better condition. It is very convenient to the BOK. Parking was tough if you have a large vehicle/truck.

Headboards looked like a slasher movie. Curtains and floors were dirty. No running water in the sink. No phone. Unhelpful and rude front desk staff.

It was just somewhere for us to sleep after having a night out, but the wall are paper thin and we could hear doors closing and people talking throughout the night and morning. They did not have a vending machine, but had a small area where you could purchase a few items from a small selection.

Booked due to being walking distance to the BOK. Upon check in someone on another floor had the elevators held so we took the stairs instead of waiting on staff to go to each floor and see where it was held up (eyeroll) also the shower has a frosted window to the bedroom and housekeeping forgot to wash off the body prints (forehead lips etc) from the guests before. BUT the bed/pillow were SO COMFORTABLE. Not sure if I’d book again for the price.

Mostly good
Service and location downtown was excellent. Access was challenging to get into the parking lot and figure out where the front desk was. Would not recommend eating breakfast there. The quality of food is not close to the price paid. There are many great places around Tulsa to get breakfast or food.

Although they were in the middle of a remodel, the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

The area around the hotel is stark and not appealing. The room was nice but the lobby had a funny smell. The picture on the internet is not what the exterior looked like at all. The building needs to be updated.
