The hotel was nice, but i chose this hotel due to it having an indoor pool. I was not told that it was closed at check-in. I went down to the front desk and was told to ask the next day if there were any updates. The next day i went and asked the front desk and was told it was still closed. I explained that i chose the higher price hotel due to it having an indoor pool. I was told it isnt the front desk to inform guest about closed amenities at the hotel, it was there job to get guest checked in and they did that. I was less then happy with the rudeness. I call the GM, still wating on a call back. After that i got a call to my room from the front desk apologizing and told the pool would be open in 10min. No hot tub as advertised on some sites. There was also an incident that i walked out to Saturday morning where several vehicles had been hit in the middle of the night. All in all it was a clean hotel but personally not worth the money for me due to the amenities i chose this hotel for not being open for a complete day of my 2 night stay.

The property was great. The staff was super attentive, friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond. The only issue we had was an ant problem. Everything else was great.

The pool area was not supervised, so a group of teenagers were very loud and nobody was there to calm them down! It ruined our stay! Only when I talked to the host she made them leave the pool! Any hotel makes sure that kids can’t use the pool without the parents. It was very disturbing 😳 I expected more from Mariout. Probably won’t be using it again.

The stay was fine and employees were very polite. Wi-Fi service was extremely limited and I had to utilize my phone as a hot spot to accomplish work tasks.

The hotel staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The bedding was kinda scratchy and the bed not super comfortable. The bar was closed for remodeling, but didn’t seem like they were doing anything.

No Kleenex, asked the front desk that evening for some. She said we will have to wait until house keeping arrives in the morning. The bed was as hard as a rock. The lighting was terrible to do anything other than watch tv or sleep. The drawer by my nightstand wouldn’t stay shut. The electrical plugs on both night stands wouldn’t hold a cord because they were so worn out. Had coffee in the morning ($11) I can say the water pressure was good.

There is no breakfast coffee downstairs only little packets in rooms ,they need to re-think that .

The place was clean. The food was expensive. My suite had a broken air conditioner and we had to move to a non-suite room and their heated pool was cold.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We had some of the volleyball team parents follow us to this hotel, and they offered them a discount for doing multiple rooms. The facility was beautiful, clean, in a very convenient location right across from the cheesecake factory, and the mall! Will definitely stay again.
