Staff was great. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again. This hotel hosts a lot of sports teams. Despite it getting a bit loud in the atrium/lobby, the staff does a great job of stamping out any noise during their quiet hours. Sleep is easy to get during the quiet hours.

Entire staff is top notch. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the absolute friendliest, professional, helpful staff. Throughout our stay this team made sure we were taken care of and made us feel like a valued customer. This staff takes pride in what they do and it shows. Plus they gave everyone in my family a complimentary bottle of our favorite local water. Thanks for supporting your local companies and thanks for the awesome stay!!! When we went to the room the toilet was clogged and the TV in the sitting area was not working. They did fix the clog but the TV issue couldn't be rectified. Also, there were no extra bedding for the pull out sofa. The staff was very polite. The front desk person was very nice but visibly stressed simce they were the onlyperson checking in customers. We have always been pleased with Embassy Suites but they have definitely fallen a notch in our opinion.
