Everything is exactly as pictured in the photos. We enjoyed a ceviche class one night and they set up a bonfire for us on the beach another night - both excellent and well thought-out. The staff in the dining room and bar are so friendly and helpful and always available! The breakfast was excellent, we loved the juices and bread...

"Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book."

"Nice newly opened hotel with very friendly manager and staff. It is situated on a hill with a spectacular views to the sea. Great big pool with sea view. There is a tennis court and even a nice botanical garden (!), which I enjoyed a lot! There were also some cute zorritos to see around the area :)"

Si debo comentar que actualmente la carta del restaurante es muy pequeña, pero nos han indicado que ello se debe a que la cocina es chica, pero que pronto la van a ampliar y con ello tendrán la posibilidad de ampliar la carta. "We really enjoyed our stay at La Capitanna. The view is amazing and so was the food. We had their pizza and the breakfast was great (specifically the bread). Can't say enough good things about the hospitality as well everyone was so nice and we really loved the dogs. They went on a walk with us both days to keep us company. "
