The breakfast buffet was not free. We paid for them. They were very good. The cook who prepares eggs shouldn't also be in charged of preparing noodles soup. Oftentimes we have to wait for quite a while at either stations. One cook for one station.

The Novotel staff are polite. The checkin was easy, quick and we appreciated the checkout time of 2pm as our flight is late. It’s difficult to find Novotel when you come out of the MTR. Take a lift to level 2 and it’s near Uni Glo. Very convenient location and shopping was fun here.

Great and easy option for HK

Breakfast was great, with a full range of western and Asian foods of good quality. Staff were professional friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was easy to find and catch. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.

Clean room and the shopping mall is just below the hotel. Good breakfast options. The free shuttle to and from the airport is also very much appreciated. The hotel is far from the city of Hong Kong though. If you want to stroll around the city, it would take you awhile to get there. Also, I feel like the hotel is kinda on the expensive side.

This hotel is clean and very convenient. It's a short ride (less than 15min) on the complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall with restaurant options and a grocery store. You can walk through the mall to the gondola to the Big Buddha. You can also walk through the mall to the train station to Disneyland or downtown Hong Kong. There is a beautiful park you can walk around across the street from the hotel. It felt very safe and there were many families out and sports teams practicing. The fitness center is large and nice. The pool is beautiful but note that it is closed during the winter season. We didn't eat the breakfast this time because we had to catch an early flight.

Great place to stay at in Lantau

Great place to stay. Since we had a 5 day stay and wanted to avoid a long drive to main island, I preferred to stay at Novotel. Obviously a little expensive side, but you have a free shuttle from airport which directly takes you to the hotel. Then NgongPing 360, is connected through an excellent mall near by, so that you can finish the Big Buddha, Tai-o-village all in one day from here and then move ahead to other islands. View is great, buffet is good, can be improved with more continental varieties too. Overall loved the stay!!
