I like this hotel and as I travel through Tunis regularly I would recommend. However, the check in and check out process is slow and on my last trip the hotel double charged me for a 1 night stay.....disputing it now. I Suspect they don't understand the third party booking process and billing. Maybe they will improve.....

I only stayed around 6 hours check in around 8 pm and left around 2:30 am I was generous with the staff. but I went down to the restaurant to get dinner from the buffet it was only for 20 minutes when I was back in my room it was clear that someone entered my room I check my stuff I thought I didn’t miss anything (I was tired ) but when I arrived to the airport at the security checkpoint I found out that my new $300 sunglasses is missing that 20 minutes was the only time I was away from my bag so I know someone from the hotel took it and the annoying part I bought the glasses as a gift and it was hard to find.

Chers amis quand je cherchais un hôtel en Tunisie, honnêtement parlant j'avais l'embarras du choix mais dès que je suis tombé sur cet hôtel mon attention a été attirée, et je me suis dit directement, c'est ici que j'aimerais déposer mes valises. Quand je suis arrivé à Tunis je me suis dirigé vers mon hôtel. L'accueil était parfait.Les réceptionnistes étaient très courtois, de l'ascenseur à ma chambre tout était super clean, une fois dans ma chambre, c'était le paradis sur Terre. Je vous conseille particulièrement cet endroit qui ne m'a pas du tout déçu. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir pris soin de moi pendrant mon séjour. Monsieur Guirassy

Un bon hôtel bien situé en ville, propre, le personnel courtois et serviable et proche de tout commodités. Il manque uniquement un peu d’ordre dans le restaurant. pour les séminaires, les pauses cafés peuvent être améliorées en mettant une personne de service à côté.

J’ai changé trois fois la chambre J’ai fait une route de huit heures, je suis arrivée. J’étais très fatiguée avec mon enfant on est monté dans la chambre le lit cassé j’ai appelé l’accueil me changer la chambre la deuxième chambre la clim elle marche pas il me changer la chambre à 3h du matin la clim elle fait un bruit horrible j’étais obligé de éteindre Par contre les personnes qui travaillent à l’hôtel ils sont magnifiques soit à l’accueil ou restaurant et aussi les femmes qui font le ménage et les techniciens ils sont sympas ils sont toujours à l’écoute Et aussi c’est tout propre, mais toujours il y a un problème dans la chambre

It's a rather good place in the city to stay. Rooms are freshly renovated and match the pics and description. Very generous breakfast incl. warm dishes, crepe and omelett "on demand". The all-around service though: unfortunately we had to write a claim to the chain's customer service to get service we supposed to get from the begging of our stay.
