"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. "Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. "
