"Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."

The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. From the scenic location to the warm hospitality, this hotel made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!"
