We are on a road trip and after 12 hours on the road we were happily surprised by this property and the surrounding area. We could park the car and walk to get something to eat and do some shopping. There’s a Costco gas station and store across the street as well!

The place wasnt super clean and honestly questiomed if the sheets were even washed. There was residue on the faucets and shower head. The shower base wasnt cleaned but stained.

Room was clean coffee was unfortunately cold 2 twice so dont know if made the night before breakfast didnt look to hot .

The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was clean, but you can tell it’s been very well used over the years. Overall pretty good, but if you’re looking for something with a brand new feeling this one isn’t for you.

Staff was friendly, they made a special accommodation for me, and their rooms were nice and clean. Very "home away from home".

Be warned.

The beds were not comfortable at all. It was like we were sleeping on the floor. Pool was severely over chlorinated and even smelt salty. Going to check in the front desk kept telling me I was calling to change my dates and I never did.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Our maintenance department receives hourly emails of the chemical levels for the pool and spa and it is showing that the chlorine levels are below where they need to be. Perhaps what you were smelling, was the system automatically adding chlorine to the pool.

We are not convinced they had washed the sheets we slept in based on the smell of the sheets. We thought it was just us being picky but the farther the night went on the more it was obvious they hadn’t. I could smell someone else’s deodorant on the sheets where pits go. Disgusting. We will never stay here again.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and went into great detail of what the hotel has to offer during our stay. Will rebook again when we come back to Twin Falls.

It met my expectations. There were a few issues, but they were minor. The first one is the card key had to be reprogrammed on a daily basis. And the coffee maker in the room was not working, however, they do provide 24-hour access to coffee in the dining room. The housekeeping staff was curious and prompt.

The staff was very nice and helpful, however, the hot tub was way too hot (unsafe it was so hot), we only got two towels for a room of 4 people, the gym equipment was nice but the gym hadn’t been cleaned in a while. For the price it was a decent stay, just had a couple minor issues

Everything was great. Breakfast was pretty darn good, and the kids really liked the novelty of the pancake machine. Clean, great and highly responsive staff to a TV glitch, and pool/work-out facilities were great too. Thanks for a good nights sleep.
