Nice room, we were on the 3rd floor so it was warm & we needed to use the AC as heat rises. I liked the walk in shower option. Breakfast was very good and there was enough space to sit down and eat. Very convenient to restaurants and to the local falls- bridge sight seeing. Good parking and the spaces were roomy in the lot too.

This was a simple overnight stop, but the customer service - from in the phone, to in person - was top notch. The room was clean and huge, with a very decent king sized bed. The only down size was the pillows were tiny and extremely soft. The breakfast was very good, with good options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

The place was great and in a great location. The staff were great. The one thing you should be warned of are the pets. Dogs. Everywhere. I like dogs. I do t like dogs barking at 11pm at night. Be forewarned.

The laundry staff was wonderful and very kind and professional. The evening Staff was great, fun, and very professional. We had an issue with noise on the 3rd floor and requested a different room the next morning because of lack of sleep. The morning staff did not seem to be engaged in helping us because she said it was a busy weekend and no rooms were available.
