"I stayed for a week. Nobody at the front desk smiles or says hello as you walk through the lobby. Front desk manager is rude and keeps his back turned to guests as he leans on the counter talking to staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff are friendly. Paint is falling off the ceiling over the pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. "

"Yes overall it was nice to be on the first floor with my dog. The sliding doors made it beautiful to get in and out to let her go to the washroom and get to my car if I needed to. It's a great pet friendly hotel. Which are hard to come by. The menu was large and easy to go pick up the food from the restaurant. You also get a discount if you order room service. "It was underwhelming for the price. It was clean and the staff were nice. There was a hockey tournament in town so the hotel was very busy and loud when we were there. The hot tub closed after our first night due to broken tile."
