깔끔하고 편리한 호텔
깔끔해보이고 매우 만족스웠는데 한가지 아쉬운 점은 로비나 홀 청소하고 난 후에 청소기에서 나는 퀴퀴한? 냄새가 난다는 것이다.

This was the 2nd stay for my family. The suite was spacious that was plus. The pool was out of service due to the heat pump not working. The water was cold! But overall it was ok since it was 1 night

This Residence Inn by Marriott Tyler felt like a home away from home. Our room felt like a studio. My husband and I are home bodies and definitely felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was all freshly made and delicious with options and a variety. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen were s friendly and attentive. Hands down recommend if your visiting Tyler, TX

Not as good as last stay here
We stayed here last weekend and it was 5 stars all the way from check in to cleanliness to helpfulness and breakfast. This weekend was ok but not as clean. 3 adults staying for the weekend and the shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, etc was skimpy. The refrigerator and cabinet fronts were dirty. There is some sort of film on the cabinets and the room has a stinky odor. It wasn’t terrible, amenities are still good. I found it lacking a little in comparison to the previous weekend. Would still stay again but would hope for better.

The property was beautiful but not lit well in the parking lot at night. Did not appreciate the $7.00 parking fee that was no reason for. Also through no fault of Residence Inn the tvs were not receiving signal so horrible tv. The place really was excellent otherwise and would gladly stay there again on my next trip. Wonderful staff and continental breakfasts. Thank you!!

Property in good condition, breakfast included and spacious rooms with kitchen. But, in 5 days the room was cleaned only once, although we requested it in several occasions, even with the confirmation of the front desk. The pull out couch was uncomfortable which is a little understanding. The disappointing part is when we went to make coffee, after pouring the water in the maker, there were hairs floating in it. The room suddenly didn’t feel as clean as we thought.

Musty smell in room
The only thing that really bothers me was the smell of the room. It smelled nasty and musty. When we got home I could still smell it in my clothes. The room did not smell fresh at all. Otherwise all was perfect

I loved the water fountain it is beautiful I love the way everything looks when you come through the front door if this place it is just so welcoming and cozy and comfortable if feels like I'm at home!

The facility and staff were wonderful. The air in the room didn’t cool very well, but it was 106 degrees that day so go figure. Thank you 🙏 for a pleasant stay!
