Por ter o status de melhor hotel da região e pelo valor pago esperava mais em alguns pontos. 1. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. 2. Limpeza dos quartos. 3. Horário do Check-out na reserva do site é 14h, mas queriam que eu saísse às 12h. 4. Ar condicionado fraco.

Fomos surpreendidos negativamente com a estadia, principalmente porque vimos o quão bem avaliado o local é. O box do banheiro do quarto estava quebrado, as paredes do quarto tinham marcas de sujeira e o lençol da cama estava puído e com pequenos rasgões. A água da piscina também estava nitidamente suja e os brinquedos aquáticos da piscina infantil não funcionavam.
