The room and facilities are clean and relatively new. Location is awesome. You can visit nearby area very easy. The room has kitchen washing machine which is great. Overall I’m very happy with the stay

Excellent property with good service at the reception. Really happy with this stay especially since they had a washing machine and a 19L water station for all your purified drinking needs whether hot or cold. Build quality is not perfect and there were a few lights not working/dim but the huge 3 bedroom apartment is more than amazing enough to make up for this.

We loved our stay here. On arrival we got much needed foot massage. Apartment was very clean and had everything you could and washing machine. We booked and had our spa treatments in the appointment. Ariani was my therapist and I loved my foot spa treatment and Thai massage. I feel completely rejuvenated especially after Thai massage. All staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so special 😊

The rooms are very spacious and there are bathrooms for each room which was extremely convenient however the showers are terrible. There is a tap, shower head and hand shower all in one and when you turn on the shower head everything else also leaks. In addition there was barely any water coming out of the shower head too. It’s the worst shower we have ever had. In addition, the towels provided has stains on them, as well as the lounge and also one of the bed sheets. Also the kitchen bench has not been wiped, you can see circles on the bench tops where someone has placed their drinks. I doubt if the apartment was cleaned prior to us staying. It is so dirty. The pool is small but adequate but felt very uncomfortable that the guys who work there are constantly sitting there and at times smoking. We felt like we were being watched and our kids are third hand smoking. Be prepared to carry your own luggage from the front of the street via a laneway to the hotel entrance. The surface is also bumpy and not smooth. Also there are no lifts so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Unfortunately our stay here was not great.

The staff was super friendly and apartment was overall very clean. The only challenge was there is no lift and our apartment was on 3rd floor. Okta was excellent helping us to checkin early morning 4am and also during checkout. I would recommend this apartment. The location was excellent right in the middle of Ubud centre and around tourist attractions so easy access by walk.

Great location nice neat studio but a good size with good air con. The hot water was barely working. Pool was small but the staff was beyond excellent and got the hot water working. I would go back here

The property was clean and comfortable with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms had ensuites and the other had the bathroom next to it. The disappointing feature to the accommodation was the fact we had no water pressure in the showers and the water was cold.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in dem 4 Personen Apartment übernachtet. Da wir dann länger in Ubud bleiben wollten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt für eine Nacht verlängert. Für sie 3. Nacht haben wir in das große Apartment für 6-8 Personen gewechselt, da nur dieses verfügbar war. Beide Apartments waren sehr modern und mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Das 3-Schlafzimmer Apartment ist riesig. Für große Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen. Pool ist klein, so wie auf dem Fotos aber auch zu sehen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Kommunikation über what’s up hat wunderbar geklappt. Man muss wissen, das es in Ubud viele Haushalte mit Hähnen gibt, wir hatten einen direkt nebenan, dadurch war morgens leider nicht mit ausschlafen. Dafür kann aber der Gastgeber nichts. Einziger Minuspunkt, wir hatten im großen Apartment sehr schwach fließendes Wasser, weshalb wir ewig fürs duschen gebraucht haben. Da wir da nur eine Nacht waren, haben wir uns damit abgefunden. Lage ist sehr sehr gut!
