"Swandor Topkapi Palace exceeded all expectations and delivered an exceptional holiday experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture inspired by the grandeur of a palace, surrounded by immaculately maintained gardens and scenic views. The facilities are truly outstanding—there is something for everyone. The swimming pools are spacious and clean, offering both lively areas and quieter spots to relax. The private beach is equally impressive, with plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Food was a highlight throughout our stay. The variety and quality across the buffet and à la carte restaurants were excellent, with fresh ingredients, diverse cuisines, and something new to try every day. The bars were well-stocked, and the staff consistently provided quick and friendly service. Entertainment and activities were also top-notch. Whether it was daytime sports, fitness options, or evening shows, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. The energy of the entertainment team really added to the overall experience without ever feeling overwhelming. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing space to recharge. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining high standards throughout. The Kids club was free and amazing. Kids loved it."

"I would say this is what you pay what you get kind or deal. Shower was quite good, cleanliness was not too much.the property was quite cheap that explains I guess. But they don’t even have tea in the room which is disappointing as it is a standard amenity. When I asked for an iron they said I have to pay extra money for it. "

"I enjoyed my stay and some of the staff were very friendly and nice to me. Both Ibrahim and Pinhar are the reception were very good to me. I’m very impressed by their services."

"The bar wasn’t open, the staff were always smoking, i asked for an extra blanket and received it as i had to put the lining myself over the comforter and the linen was wet. the bathroom toilet had a leaking brown liquid coming from the bidet, very disgusting"

"Great hotel highly recommended outdoor pools are cold and 6 minute walk from land of legends quite nice and clean and if you need anything they would come to your room straight away to deliver what you need "

"Hotel was spotless, breakfast + dinner buffets had huge amount of choice, views were unbeatable from our sea view room and the lobby, sauna + gym + steam room + pool were well serviced and clean. One main negative was that we were promised a takeaway breakfast via their WhatsApp service due to a 6am checkout, but on checkout we were told nothing had been organized, which was disappointing as we did technically pay for it."
