It is the best place for sightseeing in Ulaanbaatar. It also has the advantage of staying at a hotel that is a landmark of the city. However, the facilities are relatively old compared to other five-star hotels.

Dissapointment

The service was not good, the receptionist was very confused and didn't know about the rooms, the cleaning products were expired (we had itches and rashes) before we realised, the door of the shower were not closing, the AC was not working, there was no "do not disturb/do not clean" sign, the outlets were very far away from the bed, but we had a nice view of the city...

블루스카이 호텔 후기

몽골 날씨가 건조한 만큼 이용시 꼭 욕조에 뜨거운물 받아두시고 잠을 청하시길 조언드립니다. 블루스카이 호텔이 대로변 옆에 인접해 있어 소음은 조금 있는편이며 대부분 만족하는 수준입니다.

난방, 온수, 청결 모든 부분 다 괜찮고 가격도 부담스럽지 않습니다. 또한 시내 중심부에 위치하여 주변으로의 접근성도 좋습니다. 다만 러시아워에는 주변 교통이 많이 막히니 참고하시면 되겠습니다. 출장 시 이용하기에는 최적의 호텔 같습니다.

Disappointing!

Overall, the location and the room condition was not so bad. However, the service was more than disappointing considering the fact it’s one of the few 5-star hotels in Mongolia. I have clearly turned ‘Do not disturb’ sign on throughout my stay, yet the cleaning lady came in not only once but several times. Eventually on the last day I had to check-out early as I was so tired making further complaints. Not only that, I was so shocked to later discover that the door was broken (it just stayed opened even if I tried to lock) which made myself call for a help at front desk, and the room amenities (eg. slippers) were not set up completely which was same for my colleagues who got another room on a different floor. Terrible experience after all, so disappointing.

깔끔한 호텔 시설 및 서비스

호텔 시설이나 직원들 응대는 모두 훌륭합니다. 피트니스 센터도 다른 울란바토르 호텔에 비해 기구가 많고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. wifi도 비교적 빠른편이었습니다. 주변에 식당 및 펍등이 많아 생활하기 편리하였습니다. 다만 조식은 겨울 비수기라 식당에 사람이 없는 점을 감안하더라도 분명히 신경을 더 써야 합니다.

This hotel is located greatly just right across the city hall. Overally it was a great experience, they speak English very well and supportive. Breakfast was okay not bad as those reviews here. :p
